Chaucer Insurance manages a network of Approved repairers. Vital to the delivery of high standards of repair and service is Chaucer’s policy of regular audits and inspection plus a commitment to the BSI Kite Mark accreditation process against the Publicly Available Specification standard known as PAS125.

Our approach to the management of repairers and day-to-day costs is to operate a process of electronic integration providing both efficient and transparent communications and, through recruitment of highly skilled technicians; ensure our repairers receive fast, fair, knowledgeable and flexible responses to their needs. We aim to be the insurer repairers deal with by choice"
