What will I be asked for when I call?
- The policy number as shown on the certificate of motor insurance
- The driver's personal details
- Full details of what happened - date of the incident including the details of any other people or vehicles involved and any witnesses names and addresses.

If your windscreen or glass is repaired while outside the UK, please write to us with full details of the incident that caused the damage, together with the date, time and location of the incident and the invoice for repair/replacement
